Web Marketing Unlimited Product Return Process
A. Advanced return authorization must be received. Items returned without authorization will be charged a $15 no authorization administration fee. Authorization may be received via email or phone. Please do not return units without authorization.
B. Items must be physically returned to return address provided with proof of delivery.
C. Item will be inspected upon return. Only items that are new and unused may be returned. Do not return used items. If the item is defective please see warranty instructions below. No credit will be issued for used items and the item will not be returned unless shipping arrangements are made by the customer.
D. A returned goods credit will be issued. This credit will be equal to the price, not including shipping, of the item you purchase, minus the cost of processing your order, minus the cost of issuing you a return credit, minus a $15 restock handling fee. The cost of processing your order depends on how you paid for the item. If you paid with a credit card it is approximately 5% to process your order and 5% to process a return.
E. Defective or used items should not be returned. These are covered under warranty. Please call 978-884-7556 for warranty issues and instructions.
F. Do not place any labels, stamps or other items directly on the box. The box should be wrapped as it was when we shipped it to you. Labels, writing, stamps etc. on the box that cannot be removed will require repackaging of the item and result in a $15 repackaging charge.
G. Do not ship the item with in person signature required. We often are not in the office during normal delivery hours and the in person signature requirement may result in our needing to send a driver to pick up the package and there is a $10 pickup fee for this. Signature requirement is OK, just not in person signature.
